Why should I try Water Aerobics?
In the water, your body is supported.  This can make movement easier and less painful.  Water exercise can help increase strength, endurance, balance and flexibility while decreasing the impact on your joints and reducing the risk of injury.  You can work at your own pace in the water, so all fitness levels can benefit...and it's fun!
