A great combination of Yoga and Pilates, designed to stretch and strengthen your body.  Help improve your body alignment, posture, flexibility and mobility.

Fit Over Fifty: Linda Anderson    

Low impact aerobics with a high level of fun.  Feel confident and get fit with light hand weights, swiss balls, floor exercises and steppers.       Monday & Friday 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

 
Twice Around: Linda Anderson
A total body workout in only 18 minutes done in the form of weight machine circuit.
Class length 55 min.
Wednesday 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
 
 
Burn Baby, Burn: Cathie Padden : A high calorie-burn workout that includes kickboxing, class boot camp exercises and Tae-Bo moves.  Rev up your metabolism while toning your exterior.
