The Lakeview Community Wellness Center (LCWC) has been moving in a positive direction and is continuing successfully because of the dedication of the community and the support of partners like you.  It is very encouraging that LCWC has become much more than a place to exercise but a partnership with the community to create mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.

Financial security is part of this continued success.  Therefore, the LCWC Board recognizes that to secure this growth it must establish initiatives both internally and externally.  One such initiative is an endowment fund wherein donated money or principal money is invested and the monies LCWC receives is the interest or dividend on the investment.  The dividends may then be used by LCWC to meet ongoing expenses, cover capital expenditures, and/or fund special projects or programs.  This type of investment is long term and the fund will continue to grow and bear interest, giving LCWC added financial security needed.  This will lessen the need to request monies from the community in the future.

If you are interested in contributing to this fund, please print and complete the pledge sheet and return it to LCWC.  Also, look at the information on the Tax Credit you can receive by donating to our fund.  On that information you will see the Greenville Area Community Funds (GACF) name.  GACF will be the administrative group investing our funds along with several other funds so we can receive the largest return on our investment as possible.
